Hey, my goal is to fix my belly, I don't really care if my weight go up a little, and I don't know if it's because I have better mirrors here, but I am liking what I see in the mirror, my stomach is looking better. 😀

Because you belly has improved so much, and I think it is the fasting that is doing it, I am going to water fast this Monday, and maybe Tuesday. I can't dry fast because I *must* run and running on a dry fast would probably kill me Haha!
