Another 1.2 lbs gone down to 185 in 6 days.
results are such a motivation for me.

83.9 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

thanks Liv I'm really surprised to be honest. keto is easy but it goes against all the food rules I was taught years ago and it's hard for me to fathom the eat more idea. I guess I've been in starvation mode most of my life. But it works so I'm sticking with it lol.
