My knee was feeling better monday so I took a 45 min. walk with my daughter. I also did dancercise that a.m., so I hope I didn't over due. My knee hurt a little the next few days. I have been eating fairly well but yesterday I succumbed to chocolate chip cookies and m&m peanuts. I have still lost 10 lbs, so I am still confident.
