Yeah it really is. I feel bad for people who struggle and starve themselves and get no results.. Or get some results but their diet is so restrictive that they pack on the pounds as soon as they attempt to eat normally again. I wish i could reach through the screen and yell in their faces, "you arent built like those other people! Isnt it obvious that their methods dont work for you!?" ..i guess ive never been one to just follow the rules because someone in a position of authority said "these are the rules. I need to know why, and does this actually make sense if i try applying it to MY life... Well, this is whats working for me right now.. It aint broke so im not fixing it 😉

I wouldn't be able to sustain a restrictive diet. I never lose a lot of weight, but overall keep trending in the right direction. I also think it gets harder the longer you've been at it. Everyone has to do what works for them

Yeah maybe down the road i'll plateau again but i'll likely up my activity level rather than drop my calorie intake. I just made the mistake of trying to speed up the process but it backfired on me lol. Thats what i get for being impatient 😉
