Still trying to figure out this app lol.
It took me 35 years to decide to get healthy so it may take me awhile to figure this out too lol.at any rate I'm losing weight and that's a good thing. Ps feeling better too. although I've been warned about something called the keto flu.
any suggestions on how to pre-emptively fight that?
84.5 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Make sure to have extra salt and drink lots of water. It passes quickly and then you will be in ketosis.

Thank you for the tip. I'll up my h2o salt seems ok the recipes I'm following all have added salt.

Liv I'm feeling A ok a little woozy from breakfast to much food for this ol bod to handle in the morning . But the water will help.

That sounds like Keto flu to me. Have some salt and water it should pass
