Wayyyyy too many calories Saturday and Sunday despite then still being low carb and Keto. I have to get back into the swings of things with working out as well. I’m not freaking out just yet, but know it’s time to focus again.
120.6 kg Lost so far: 45.9 kg.    Still to go: 32.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
