St. Patrick's day! I had a whiskey with friends in honour of my patron saint!
The rest of the day pretty careful, worked at clearing out my house, re-arranging my storage locker, 5 hours of hard work.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
