Expecting a stall any day... since I started back to keto about 10days ago... already dropped 12lbs!!! I haven’t cheated on my new lifestyle (diet) and I feel pretty good. This time around I saw the bloat and pounds falling off around my tummy pouch... which is usually the last place I lose weight. I’m feeling good. Confidence is rising. Need to incorporate more exercise in my daily routine... I got this!!!!
66.1 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I find lifestyle changes like this are easier to stick with if you’re getting the results you are looking for. 🙌 We even went out to eat last night and I didn’t dive into the French fries. Usually they are my absolute favorite. But I stuck with my lettuce and bacon wrapped burger and salad!! 💪
