This week has been crazy and will not let up until Monday of next week. My eating times are off and my meal plans are nonexistent. No stress, no worries, I will get things back on track.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
