11 very challenging days after taking this game seriously I’m reporting -3lbs off not bad at all. very difficult dealing with my love for sweets and wine, but not impossible.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

BRAVO (notice I didn't say, "cheers)! LOL. We can both thank God that the addictions we DO have are the more "minor" ones - though just as hard to break. I'd much rather be a recovering "Cokeaholic" than to be a drug addict, or child molester, or fall-down-drunk.

Thanks and you are a o true 😂... funny story yesterday my 12 year old took a chocolate bar from her 13 year old sister, my oldest is asking her about it of course she is on denial and says probably it was mommy 😂🤣 I have a bad reputation here.

Thanks, You are definitely right I need to program myself to that thinking is taking time for me but is not impossible, last year was difficult my metabolism slow down tremendously,my thyroid etc... food that I used to abuse eating and be perfectly okay I need to control now. I’m not 20 years old 5’8 115lbs 😂
