Will be in Austin tomorrow, so I had to go to the gym to weigh in a day early. Down 1.8 lb in 6 days. Fairly steady at this point. Averaging 2 lb per week. So I'm on course to be at goal by December 31st, which works for me.
124.7 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
