Today is Ash Wednesday, a religious day of fasting and abstaining from meat.
As I am a Catholic I observe this day, so my calorie intake is lower than usual.
I worked 6 hours with a half hour break and felt very energetic all day, even with less food. Lots of water though. It's been interesting from an observation perspective.
75.1 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
