Went to doctor today. (Groan!). My weight was up and my A1C was dangerously high. For the record, I was particularly stressed and binging carbs. I have since gotten control of my eating and steered this boat away from the rocks. My wife and I discussed grocery choices (less carbs, more protein) and I haven't bought any liquor since then. We even discussed walking the dogs... stay tuned!
