Decided to track all food & drink & journal now & then But am trying to weigh myself once a week. With the water weight & all fluctuating makes me crazier than normal. Good luck all of us in getting healthier 👍
90.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 24.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I understand completely the frustration of seeing numbers on a scale that aren't real..hold stead steady and it will settle down, I'm 3 weeks out of my surgery and it's finally starting to come together. concentrate on healing and taking the journey ahead of you one step at a time. The dragon has spoken lol.
