well, I haven't been staying on my diet too much since the holidays. even though i added a few pounds, I'm pretty happy that I've stayed in the 220 range. means once I hit my main weight, maintaining won't be a burden.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 27.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
