I resisted buying cookies today. I had a couple of dollars in my pocket and the only thing that kept me on track was that I was so full from a protein bar. I had a little pizza for dinner.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
