Worked all day, physically tired now, late afternoon.
Went to a women's luncheon and was very careful about what I ate. Had 8 ozs more coffee today than usual. Feeling energetic and focused all day. That's a change!
76.0 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
