Day 45, Month 2, 3 day refresh COMPLETE: So yesterday was the last day of my 3 Day Refresh cleanse, and this morning's weigh in did not disappoint! I stuck to the program for the full three days - Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday - and lost 3 lbs in those three days. I have no doubt I'll gain a little back, but what a great way to kick start things. I'm even closer to my February goal, with two weeks to spare All in all, since I started on 1 Jan at 180 I am down 9.6 lbs. Whoo Hoo!
77.7 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
