Continuing to Drop Water Weight.
I feel my insulin frequemcyl is Dropping dramatically.

66.0 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg. Still to go: 16.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.3 kg a Week
