I didn't jump from 162 to 166. I just haven't been able to face the upward climb and didn't want to be honest and record it and show it to the worl, but now I am ready to get serious and lose againand feel better. My knees are in a lot of pain.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
