Up today to 205.4! So much biking, so much eating after biking!

I dont feel too bad about it. I can tell from the past 3 days of biking I am sore all over, even my shoulders. Riding is making my body change, now I have to learn "more better" how to control the subsequent appetite. Although I also have to be careful I dont burn so many calories so as to feel sick/weak afterwards, and have my body start harvesting stuff besides fat that I need.

Yesterday was nice, did that slow casual bike ride in the AM. Had cereal for breaky, and went to lunch with Daughter where I had a chicken sand, fries, and chicken wings! Yummy.

Dinner was more sensible, chicken and veggies with a little wheat pita. Then I had graham crackers and home made almond butter (DANGER!). That stuff is yummy! Maybe there was some candy corn and Halloween candy here of there, XD. Dammit!

Anyway, I am grateful. Finished homework. Two classes down (Except for Finals!) A few quiet weeks until I begin a push where I am in 4 classes at once!

Hiya! Good work all around; hope you ace the finals. I love fresh ground almond butter but never made it at home; sounds delish.

You are doing great - and you know they say when muscles are soe they hold extra fluid to help them recover, so that (or the candy corn) might be why the scale is up a bit!
