I have pig out dreams once in a while too! Oddly I try to convince myself its real so I feel satisfied from the experience. Doesn't always work, but sometimes it does!

Thanks guys 😊 I didn’t get to take a break today so I actually haven’t eaten anything yet today... Toying with the idea of fasting till 5:30am (32+ hours) when I get up... I guess I’ll see what I feel like in a couple of hours

Oh and last night it was a melted hazelnut chocolate bar from Germany that a customer gave me 🤤🤤

If you haven't taken any electrolytes I'm not feeling it...

I decided against it for mostly that reason. I drank some sodium/potassium water this morning and a lill when I got home but still felt a bit off so I ate 🤷‍♀️

@CrashtestDawnie - Good. You know I will 'do a 5 mile run' totally fasted, but I take a significant amount of electrolyte concentrate AND a fistful of vitamins and sufficient water. I *have* 'screwed up' and gotten 'dizzy' and 'lethargic' before I learned the hard way. Almost feel asleep while driving home one day. However, this did let me see how fasting is not 'dangerous' if you take care of the electrolyte situation.
