Yesterday’s net carbs were 14. Today’s weight 212 down 2 lbs, FBS still high at 178. Macros good at Carbs - 6%, Fat - 81% & Protein - 13%. Calories, I’m not too concerned with, but my goal is 1338 and I came in at 1034. I also did a 24 hr intermittent fast. I plan on doing a 19 hr fast today.
96.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

So far I’ve had an apple cider vinegar cocktail & a cup of green tea with a slice of ginger and a piece of orange rind. I’m full right now so I’m saving a butter coffee for later this morning.

Kay1077, great idea about the turmeric. I never thought of adding to my tea!

ahh you are doing great. I have to count total carbs to stay in ketosis! thanks for reminding me of ACV. I started to try it but forgot. I might try again.
