Day 2: I can't believe it......it is day two and I went from 175 to 171. I'm sure it is water weight.....but who cares.

Have a blessed day. I have to go to my boyfriend's house to take care of his cat (I'm not a cat person, but I love my boyfriend!)
77.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

DO indeed believe it! It's still weight that you had on you last week that's gone now...so you take it and run with it! I am SO thinking of ya! You are going to do great, I just feel it!
