OK I ate less and exercised more and gained weight.....very frustrating
87.5 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.5 kg a Week

Sometimes you retain water with exercise. Just a natural thing. It comes off easily. Stick to your plan. Kick that scale!!!
