Well - what do ya know - a new low! AND, I lost another 1/2 inch in my waist and sitting pretty at 30.5 inches. So, a couple of journal entries back, I talked about what I will do if a new low appears. Same rule still applies, if we see anything between 138 - 138.8 lbs next weekend, I will increase cals again by 1%. I am so close to maintenance cals, I want to be mindful of cal increases. Either way - I'm leaning out!

Amazing job Egull!! I am impressed with how you are dealing with maintenance. I found the pod cast for half size me but since I am unfamiliar in general with podcasts I think it was costing me a lot of money so I stopped it and hoped I wouldn't be charged. I will have to look into this a bit further.

@Carol - the HSM podcasts are completely free as are most health and weight loss podcasts. There is a fee to join her community, but the podcasts themselves are free. I just go to this site: https://www.halfsizeme.com/ and the podcasts will be right there. In fact, you will see the last one 362: Half Size Me - Silencing Your Inner Critic with Robin. You can just scroll down and pick out podcasts or Coach Heather sessions to listen. To listen just use your mouse and click on the "play" or arrow and if your computer or laptop has speakers, you will be able to listen. You can access the podcasts on the iphone, but that's a few more steps. You can access them through Itunes on the iphone and just type in Half Size Me podcasts in the search option. It will bring up a bunch of episodes with a little cloud next them, if you press on them - it will download the episode and you can listen to it with your earphones through your phone. But, ALL of the podcasts are free. It's a great resource. 99% of the info I put out on here I got from those podcasts.

Okay, I will try again. I just got the cell at Christmas and I am terribly gun shy. I started to listen to a HSM podcast and something flashed on the screen about $25 being charged. Not sure why. Maybe I used too much data??? I will try the computer method later and see if I can get to the info!!
