So last Saturday to this Friday I basically stayed the same weight (I was actually 157.8 yesterday) despite all my efforts. But today my body has given in and finally let go! 2 pounds! (Ketones 1.2)
70.7 kg Lost so far: 24.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
