So happy I broke my TOM plateau. 5 lbs is great! That means I should increase my carbs, but I'm eating naturally what's comfortable for me. I may try some yogurt this week though. :)
114.8 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 42.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
