water weight from pie isn't coming off as fast as I hoped....come ooooon 4 more lbs....i couldn't have gained 4lbs from one day? ugh

Sharon, it takes a few days. Keep up with the water and eating on plan and it will happen. I know it takes patience and I am always thinking, "it should be gone just as fast as it took to eat whatever food caused the gain" but it takes a bit longer. You're doing great! Don't get discouraged. 😊💪
