Dropping the water weight this week... hope I can stick with it and the weight loss continues but as fat loss, not water 🙂 have a great weekend everyone!
58.7 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
