No change but expected. Numbers were good yesterday, overall carb intake was 80 grams (17% of overall caloric intake) nicely spread out over 4 meals. The last two mornings I've woken up hungry! I take that as a good sign and am hoping for a "whoosh" in the next four days or so. I plan on getting some good exercise in today, drinking lots of water, and watching my carb intake. 💪
