Time to get back on the wagon. I just returned from a convention in Orlando and all we did was eat non-stop!! I need to start tracking my foods and lifting weights again.

I find that a sure recipe for weight gain is not planning my meals or logging my food.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
