Okay, so the holidays are over. I had a good time and I ate a lot of what I wanted to eat; some was just a taste and some I overindulged. I have no guilt or shame and now have to lose this same twelve pounds again. Now I'm back to it. Hope everyone else enjoyed their holidays and look forward to a great new year.

I have my days, but I do try to keep my attitude straight. Hopefully, I can get rid of this 12 pounds easily and then some.

holidays were great! Lots of fooooood! i gained 1 lb, i didnt drink a lot, surprising! Back at this - new year new day! January is off to a great start!
