Hmm may help to start tracking your exercise: December last 5 day average: 1457 calories - 65 carbs / January last 5 day average: 1675 calories - 50 carbs

I don't track my exercise 'cause I don't trust any of the estimates. But I guess if I logged I might get a better sense of what workouts are helping a lot? or see a pattern...I dunno.

nope this was before the chip (only one chip lol) but a lot of chocolate though. didn't get to weigh myself this morning cause I was out of town...dunno how much water I gained from the carbs! Might see what's left of the carb water weight tomorrow morning

@Sharons Victory - The exercise number are NOT accurate, but, they are consistent for recognizing patterns. I know that a 30 minute run produces different results than a 50 minute run. But, I *must* log it to analyze it.
