Not a good carb day, Beer, pizza, etc. On the positive side, I was able to be somewhat reasonable on the amount I ate though. Not overly guilty :)
103.0 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
