Started Noom Wednesday and down 2lbs probably water but so cool! It’s portions. Silly.
114.4 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 64.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just started so not sure about it. For one thing as of next Thursday it’s not free!?? Logging is easy but not easier than FatSecret. They are supposed to coach us and provide a daily series of psychological strategies. So far pretty interesting and it may work?! I’ve been pretty desperate the last few months so I need the moral support and hey possibly the psychological strategies as well?! They are a low calorie program from what I can tell. Will know more later.
