Stayed on track yesterday - having some vertigo type issues again - haven't had for ages.
Tried to have an easy day. Son's eagle project underway - very stressed. Not feeling tip-top.
Gotta keep going.
75.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 75.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
