Had a tough day yesterday - son lost wallet, daughter's new computer froze at college, missing contractor turns up.... in jail. Today its raining - going to curl up with my book.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 75.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
