Scale Dropped again.
Highly Satiated with my Food Choice.
Hoping & anticipating my mini-goal of dropping 10 pounds.
Very pleased with my progress.
63.8 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
