Pretty sure my body and scale mess with me daily. As soon as I get used to a weight the scale does a big gain or drop. Eh who cares right? I’m good with the 126 and I’m good with the 125. Probably dehydrated or something. Allergies or a cold... I’ve been having lots of soup, a couple bottles of water a day and then most days I have 1-5 cups of weak coffee and maybe a can of Coke Zero or iced tea. (Opened a 12 pack last week and there’s three gone- I had two of them. A year ago I’d have had 2-6 regular 140 kcal cokes a day! And NO water or coffee and tea maybe once a week.)

Picked up some Vick’s nasal spray so I can finally breathe. Throat is sore today though. It settled in my chest over night. Somehow this is related to the spray as I’ve dealt with this for well over a week, closer to 2-3 now I think, and it hasn’t settled in my chest until the morning after I use the spray. Activity breaks it up and helps get it out but activity is hard today. It’s hard to breathe. Once I lose my breathe it’s hard to get it back! Counseling today and one practice after school. Thankfully I can lay around the rest of the day! After I lay something out for dinner that is. I’d have leftovers but that’s pizza again lol. I eat so little now that a pizza lasts forever. Maybe some potato soup :).

Oh and 2 years ago today I had my first chemo. I was 136# I believe. So it’s super nice to see that even though I had gained 24#, I’m now 10# lighter! Then I thought I was a little fat and now I realize that NOW I’m a little fat. Then I was a lot fat 😉. For someone who is 5’3” with a small body frame anyway.
56.8 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
