Had a lot going on with work. Busy with new clients. Injuries were not improving. So took off about a week off from training and logging. Saw my MD. MRI on l shoulder is today, so we shall see.
Feet feel much better. Started using my old set of Cushion inserts with my Nike Freez... They help tremendously. It's a very light shoe but minimal protection.
I ate well, pretty close to what is normal, but had a lot fewer calories because work was so intense.
Feet are at 80% and getting better.
102.1 kg Lost so far: 32.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
