My weight went down. I am encouraged by my progress. Eating intuitively and focusing on high satiety foods I like, really is a motivator. I feel the freedom of choice, freedom eat or to abstain when satiety is giving me excitement. The excitement meaning, that maybe I shall be consistent naturally throughout my life.
