I only gained 3 pounds on my 4 day NYC trip! Well this is after eating all day 😄 I figured I wouldn’t gain too too much since I walked a minimum of 35 miles!! and climbed about 20 flights of stairs a day for the past 4 days!
72.6 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.9 kg a Week

Just shows the 'gym' can help us 'fix' things (to an extent)... I plan to hit the gym hard this week :)

I had an amazing time! It was totally worth the gain! I just got to reign in my carb monster now 😜 I don’t have a Fitbit anymore. The steps were counted on my phone. It’s pretty accurate. When I had a Fitbit, the health app was usually within a couple hundred steps if I kept my phone in my pocket all day.
