oops! Went wrong way this week. I think too much bread, having a tamal at lunch a Chao "cheese" sammy on GF multigrain bread, usually with a ton of greens on it, sometimes even brussel sprouts (sliced). But not accustomed to having bread every day, so will cut back on that.

Also to watch the sodium closer as cardio didnt like the BP trend. Time to format my WFPB diet to the DASH low sodium (the best for BP). Doubt sodium is a prob since mostly cook everything salt free, but the bread is store bought, as are the tamales. Did order some reduced sodium baking powder, as once a wk I make myself a 2" GF English muffin, requires baking powder.
52.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
