Switched to Atkins to make a difference, and it worked.

77.1 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg. Still to go: 7.7 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Atkins induction is keto - and yes, it works! Please remember to get enough salt, the body sheds salt on a low-carb diet.
