I lost weight during this holiday. I do not think I have ever done that in my entire life !!!! A scale and non-scale victory...no?
68.3 kg Lost so far: 42.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Only time I ever lost weight during the holidays was one year when the flu bug hit me. Of course I don't recommend that for anyone. Congrats on your victory!
