i'm SO close to my goal! what a nice send-off for my trip; did my last weigh-in on home scale & it was so nice to me! i'm writing this on my cell phone on the way to the airport, all excited about this new adventure; i have so much to be thankful for this morning! BTW, my wonderful partner is driving; i couldn't type even this well while driving, lol.
63.7 kg Lost so far: 27.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
