How are you feeling, doing okay in the gym?

Better, thanks mostly working on PT to strengthen postural muscles in my upper back. The upside to having to wait until late January for a cervical steroid injection is that I may be able to avert it all together. Lyrica just stated (I acquiesced to taking pain meds) also helping, I think. Onward and upward. More gym, less complaining. (Good rule overall). Thank you for asking. Steve
