Maintaining - last night I was so hungry - ate an apple and went to bed.
Late nights are my problem - when I'm tired I lose my perspective and my willpower!
Need to try to get to bed earlier.

Just read my journal from 2 years ago - I wrote that when I was hungry late at night I
brewed some iced tea and that was my treat after my water all day! It stopped me from
being hungry apparently?? I'm trying it tonight!
