Not sure the weight gain, this was surprising. I had 1300 calories and did 2 hrs of yoga. Maybe it was the salty soup? I have 5 weeks until the event.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Haha, you got it. I did go up my .2. Going to keto now with bouts of IF, I can keto for 5 weeks :)
